The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key contributor within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and abilities, a solid understanding of finance and accounting concepts, financial modeling skills, and expertise in utilizing SAP's Business Planning & Consolidations (BPC) tool.

 Key Functions

  • Responsible for the annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial reporting packages, along with analysis of monthly results, to include explanations of variances to plan and forecast.
  • Act as an administrator for the SAP BPC tool, supporting global organization on BPC related activities.
  • Responsible for the preparation and distribution of the monthly financial statements and related analysis, to the executive team, district managers, cost center owners, and other senior leaders.
  • Research monthly financial results, explain drivers of results, and collaborate with executive team to drive business improvements.
  • Utilize SAP BPC, SAP FICO, BI, and other related tools to analyze financial trends and provide insights to senior leadership team.       Incorporate results of analysis into executive presentations with goal of driving profitability improvements across the organization.
  • Perform financial modeling on proposed capital projects to analyze expected returns, and assist senior management team with capital allocation decisions.
  • Perform post mortem financial reviews on various projects.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly Executive Committee materials and quarterly Board of Directors materials.
  • Assist Finance and Accounting team with enhancements as needed around SAP tools, including BPC, FICO and BI.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of global strategic plan.
  • Update weekly cash flow tracking and cash flow forecasting models.
  • Develop SAP and BI tools to track financial performance on new technology products.
  • Perform ad hoc financial projects on an as needed basis.
