Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Sales.
  • Monthly market share analysis for the US and other analytic reports created for the Leadership Team.
  • Assist North American districts with RFP process, package the final product for the customer. 
  • Customer Catalogue Pricing Work within specific customer's team site to standardize pricing, and catalogue all negotiated/approved pricing to expedite the purchase order process. 
  • SAP
    • Create Sales Materials
    • Extend Sales Materials
    • Manage Sales Account Assignments and Commission
  • Project Manager & Administrator for company intranet.
    • Keep homepage content fresh
    • Build out pages and libraries based on the needs of individual department
  • Project Manager & Administrator for company online Sales Enablement site.
    • Building Pages
    • Creating electronic postcards
    • Lead webinars to train new hires and introduce new applications
    • Push content to sellers
    • Create user reports to measure adaption
  • Administrator for Sales Pipeline (Quickbase)
    • Monitor data being entered into the data base by districts for accuracy.
    • Troubleshoot end user issues, work with Quickbase engineers to resolve outstanding issues.
    • Create user activity, and opportunity trend reports for management.
  • Schedule,  coordinate  and  support  all  sales  events,  lunch  &  learns,  cookouts, customer appreciation events, etc.
  • Manage relationships with local sporting teams/venues.
  • Manage company Wine Club.
  • Manage company Price Books.



Job Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

  • Highly skilled in project management and multi-tasking;
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Ability to manage remote clients
  • Learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations;
  • Is proficient in building proposals and presentations that are professional and effective in customer selling situations;
  • Has good communication skills internally;
  • Uses logic to solve problems with effective solutions;
  • Has competencies in effective writing, and listening;
  • Is professional in both appearance and manner;


Education, Experience, Certification and Training

  • Four year college/university degree
  • 1-4 years minimum energy or energy services experience.
  • 2-4 years minimum business or sales experience.
