The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for the daily tasks needed to assist in the administration of our learning management system, SuccessFactors. This position will answer questions via email and telephone communication, support the training and development team, and collaborate and facilitate learning courses with employees at all levels within the organization. This position will require multi-tasking, relationship management, and timely, clear, and concise communication between training team, division leaders, human resources, and field employees.

 

Responsibilities

  • Utilize technology to improve quality and access to training for all employees in the organization.
  • Facilitate corporate training programs, incorporating knowledge of various learning styles with a goal of increased performance.
  • Support and work closely with the Internal Training team to be familiar with the training curriculum.
  • Track and record training completion in the learning management systems.
  • Track employee compliance with learning courses and generate reports.
  • Distribute post-training assessment results to all levels of the organization.
  • Schedule all Instructor-Led Training.
  • Assist the Internal Training team in providing support to all employees within the organization.
  • Create documents to make SuccessFactors easier to navigate and more engaging to the user.
  • Answer phones and manage email, providing excellent customer service to our employees.
  • Update and maintain accurate data in the systems.
  • Oversee the creation and organization of items and content within the learning management system.
  • Provide support in updating course descriptions
  • Maintain a process of continuous review, feedback, and action to spot areas of opportunity
  • Create scripts to automate repetitive tasks if possible
  • Develop, define, and adopt rules for new learning management system feature implementations and roll outs
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned, dependent upon the workload and responsibilities of the department
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to approach training initiatives with creativity and flexibility.
  • Facilitation and delivery skills that result in interactive, engaging and relevant programs.
  • Experience using SuccessFactors LMS
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and other learning technologies
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to plan, manage, and prioritize multiple, concurrent assignments and tasks
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
  • Willingness to contribute toward, and assist colleagues with, projects across functional areas and outside of primary responsibilities to contribute toward the overall team's success
